Refund Policy

General Terms

Refunds, if any, are at the sole discretion of management. No refunds will be provided for person not showing up, early exit or unused time.

All bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Users are advised to carefully review their date, time slot, and booking details before making payment, as no changes or cancellations will be permitted post confirmation.

Service Commitment & Interruptions

While all bookings at Baithak Coworks LLP are non-cancellable and non-refundable under normal circumstances, we acknowledge our responsibility to ensure service delivery as committed.

In the unlikely event that services are interrupted or cannot be delivered due to certain reasons (including operational or infrastructure issues), we will take the following steps:

• Reschedule the booking to a mutually convenient date and time at no additional cost.
• Priority access will be provided for the rescheduled booking to minimize inconvenience.
• If we are unable to provide the service within a reasonable timeframe, a partial or full refund may be considered, subject to management discretion.

Force Majeure

In case of circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to government restrictions, natural events or other force majeure events), we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the booking to a future date, subject to availability and the prevailing conditions at that time.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are generally not permitted and may be considered only in exceptional cases at the sole discretion of management.

Approval Process

In the rare event that a refund is approved, the same will be processed within a reasonable time frame and may be subject to applicable deductions, if any.
