Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of Baithak Coworks LLP ("the Workspace"), users agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Definitions

• "Workspace" refers to Baithak Coworks LLP premises and services.
• "User" refers to any individual accessing or using the Workspace.
• "Services" include individual workdesks, personal cabins, meeting room, group activity rooms, dining area, internet access and other facilities.

3. User Eligibility & Obligations

Users must be at least 16 years of age and agree to use the Workspace responsibly. Users shall:

• Maintain silence and a professional environment at all times.
• Attend calls only in designated areas or outside the Workspace. Use headphones while watching videos or listening to audio.
• Refrain from illegal activities, smoking, loud behaviour or misconduct.
• Avoid misuse of internet facilities, including illegal downloads or prohibited streaming.
• Treat fellow users and staff with respect; harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.

4. Usage Rules & Conduct

• Workspace usage is limited to the booked time slot; extensions are subject to availability.
• Users must dispose of waste responsibly and maintain cleanliness, including washroom hygiene.
• Outside food is restricted to designated areas only and not within the main workspace.

5. Pricing & Payments

• All bookings are subject to applicable fees, taxes and billing terms.
• Daily bookings require 100% advance payment (online or walk-in). Workspace access is provided only after payment is completed.
• All bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
• Refunds, if any, are at the sole discretion of management. No refunds will be provided for no-shows, early exit or unused time.
• Monthly plans are available on inquiry and confirmed post completion of required formalities & payment.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content, branding, logos and marketing materials associated with Baithak Coworks LLP are the intellectual property of the company and may not be used without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Baithak Coworks LLP shall not be held responsible for:

• Loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Workspace.

8. Third-Party Links / Services Disclaimer

The Workspace may provide access to third-party services (e.g., internet providers). Baithak Coworks LLP is not responsible for the availability, content or reliability of such external services.

9. Termination Rights

Management reserves the right to deny entry, suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms or engages in inappropriate behaviour.

10. Emergency & Safety Compliance

In case of emergencies, all users must strictly follow instructions provided by management and staff.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

12. Modification Clause

Baithak Coworks LLP reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Workspace constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
